Ian Duncan

Ian Duncan, Managing DIRECTOR

Ian is the founder and Managing Director of ENNOVATE. He is passionate about helping organisations to see their customers as humans, and helping them orient their business strategy to create win-win customer relationships. He has designed and led change programmes across many industries and geographies and is the lead architect and designer of the Ennovate Change Management Approach and many of the methods Ennovate uses today to quality assure our programmes.

Over the last 19 years Ian has built a successful career leading complex corporate change programmes. He worked for six years in VISION Consulting, an international management consulting organisation, where he was a Director and Practice Leader from 2006-2010. He was responsible for growing the VISION client portfolio, winning a number of multimillion euro contracts, and leading and managing teams to deliver large technology and business change projects. His hands-on style played a pivotal role in these engagements. Prior to this Ian worked for seven years in London‟s Investment Banking sector where he progressed to Director working on Business Transformation for ABN AMRO. Ian started his career in Irish Permanent where he worked as a Corporate Strategy Analyst for four years.

Ian is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (F.C.C.A) and a Certified Net Promoter Associate. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, and an Advanced Management Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, UCD.

Ian is married with four children, an avid reader and enjoys spending time with family and friends

Rory Clayton

RORY CLAYTON, DIRECTOR AND LEADER OF CHANGE PRACTICE

Rory Clayton is the Executive Director of our Change Practice. Rory is a "Company Doctor" who is comfortable working at all levels from the boardroom to the shop floor. A former British Army Colonel, Rory has pursued a successful business career that has seen him set up his own business and deliver major projects for Hewlett Packard, Procter and Gamble, Saatchi and Saatchi, JP Morgan, Development Capital Corporation TATA, Halcrow, and VISION Consulting among others. As a result, he possesses an unusually broad range of skills and expertise in the areas of strategy, business turnaround and restructuring, organisational development, project management, business leadership, operations management, and international human resource management.

From 1997 - 1999 Rory led an acclaimed advertising campaign that won over 200 awards, including the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising 5 Star award for Advertising Effectiveness, and the Grand Prix d'Or for recruitment advertising from the Institute of Personnel Development. He was the 1997 Public Sector Direct Marketer of the Year.

A former Institute of Directors (IOD) council member, Rory was also Regional Chairman of the IOD South West Region. In 1992 Rory was awarded an OBE for leadership having previously been awarded an MBE for organisational development.

Norman Scott

Norman is an Executive Director of our Project Management Practice. Norman has over 20 years experience in the Programme and Project Management of strategic business change initiatives, and large-scale, complex IT systems implementations across the Insurance, Telecommunications and Utilities sectors.

Norman gets the most out of everyone he works with and has a proven ability to design and deliver innovative business and technical solutions on time and within budget across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple jurisdictions. Norman has worked with blue-chip companies such as Bord Gáis, Meteor and Quinn Insurance to name a few. Norman holds a Masters in Business Administration from UCD, a Post Graduate Diploma inn Computer Science from UCC and a Bachelor of Engineering from UCG.
